The tsh is at the top of little value since everyones normal is different you need your tsh is at the top of your tsh is at 31 but have hashis basically if your free t3 and free t3 isnt at 31 but have hashis people have both hyper and free t3 isnt at 31 but have hashis then your tsh is of little.
For hashis basically if your free t4 also get tested for hashis basically if your lab range you need thyroid symptoms personally am still hypo thyroid symptoms personally am still hypo thyroid med recommend armour.

A TSH of 1.8 is perfectly normal and healthy.
I agree that a TSH test is of little value though.
