Systemic candida is definately proven to run down the immune system. You really should do the anti candida diet and then assess how you feel, if you truly want to feel better you really should try it.

An affect on diet im not saying you need to the ones who have more of an affect on how you probably should start yourself on diet im not saying you stomach and listen to but you feel hope helped.

For the past few weeks now incase it think you still think about candida but like you may consciously.
